About
The Powerbook 5300c was introduced on the 28th of August 1995 and as the most premium model in the Powerbook 5300 series. It was discontinued after one year, on the 1st of September 1996
Its screen is similar to its bigger brother the Powerbook 5300ce, with a difference in resolution (640x480 instead of 800x600).
It also comes with a 100Mhz processor, like most other devices in this series (except for the 5300ce)
The cheapest model in the series offers only a 4-bit grayscale display, as opposed to the 16-bit color display in this version.
